My name is Kim Wayne and prior to working with MSIS I was employed with the Lowndes County 911 Center as a dispatcher/supervisor for 11 years. I received the opportunity to start my carrier with MSIS in 2013 and that has been the biggest blessing for me and my family. I have been married since 2001 and have one son, who is now 16. My husband has also worked with MSIS as a marketer since 2007.

I became the manager of the Internal Sales Department for MSIS in 2019. We have a great team that is dedicated to helping you and your loved ones with making those difficult decisions about their Medicare coverage. We find most people do not understand how Medicare works, or what they need and when they need to enroll. Our team helps you understand all the different parts of Medicare. Then they can help fill in the gaps of Medicare. Since original Medicare has deductibles and copays, we can pair your Medicare with a Medicare Supplement, that will help fill in those gaps. If you would prefer a Medicare Advantage plan, we can help with that as well. We will go over all your options and help you determine which plan fits your specific needs.

I love the work I do and the company that I work with. MSIS is more of a second family to me. My nickname at work is “Mama Kim”. My clients and employees know they can always count on me to do the right thing and be honest and transparent with them. When I am not working, I enjoy traveling, spending time on the lake with my family and being outside with my dogs. I have a special place in my heart for the German Shepherd breed, since my husband is a former K-9 officer.
