My name is Kim Wayne and prior to working with MSIS I was employed with the Lowndes County 911 Center as a dispatcher/supervisor for 11 years. I received the opportunity to start my carrier with MSIS in 2013 and that has been the biggest blessing for me and my family. I have been married since 2001 and have one son, who is now 16. My husband has also worked with MSIS as a marketer since 2007.

I became the manager of the Internal Sales Department for MSIS in 2019. We have a great team that is dedicated to helping you and your loved ones with making those difficult decisions about their Medicare coverage. We find most people do not understand how Medicare works, or what they need and when they need to enroll. Our team helps you understand all the different parts of Medicare. Then they can help fill in the gaps of Medicare. Since original Medicare has deductibles and copays, we can pair your Medicare with a Medicare Supplement, that will help fill in those gaps. If you would prefer a Medicare Advantage plan, we can help with that as well. We will go over all your options and help you determine which plan fits your specific needs.

I love the work I do and the company that I work with. MSIS is more of a second family to me. My nickname at work is “Mama Kim”. My clients and employees know they can always count on me to do the right thing and be honest and transparent with them. When I am not working, I enjoy traveling, spending time on the lake with my family and being outside with my dogs. I have a special place in my heart for the German Shepherd breed, since my husband is a former K-9 officer.

Neil Thomas here and I have been with MSIS since 2014. Before getting my start with MSIS, I worked at Roadway as a Bill of Lading clerk where I did data entry as well as status checks on shipments for trailers all across the yard. MSIS has been a godsend both in allowing me to help others as well as finding a work family that has been supportive both in work and in life.

As one of the senior agents, I ensure that people, their family, and loved ones are taken care of by being in over 18 different states. From Florida up to Connecticut and over to Montana and down to Arizona, I have many states that you or your family and loved ones might reside in. In order to assist people with their Medicare, having a good understanding of their situation will help guide us to the proper destination. With companies mailing so much information, having someone to help you sift through everything makes things significantly easier.

My main focus is Medicare and the plans that go with it, but I also help with dental, vision, and/or hearing products to ensure you get the coverage you are looking for. Medicare does not cover dental, vision, or hearing, so having something to help with that can reduce your overall out of pocket costs.

I have two rescue dogs, Buddy and Nelly and when I am not hanging out with them, you can find me on the golf course or in the backyard, practicing my chip shot.

Hello my name is Donald Bay. I have been with MSIS Inc., almost 9 years now. I’m originally from Chillicothe Ohio. I moved to Valdosta Georgia a little over 20 years ago. I came here to stay with my parents to save money. The two companies that I worked for in both, Las Vegas NV & Nashville TN, could no longer sustain me financially. This is because traveling became more difficult and expensive following the September 11th terrorist attack. It was during that time I met Barbara, the girl who would eventually become my wife, and I made the decision to stay and build our life here.

Fast forward to today, when we’re not at work my wife Barbara and I love to spend our days off, either traveling or fixing up our old house and back yard. We do not have any children but we do have two spoiled rotten dogs named: Cooper & Rubi. We also love to spend time, visiting with our families. My hobbies are building things in my work shop or playing music. I have a life and career that I absolutely love. I get to meet and talk to folks every day and help them to first understand Medicare. I also get to help them enroll into the plan that fits their health and lifestyle needs, as well as their budget. I do this by asking important questions like what doctors they see and what medications they take. I’ll then ask what benefits are important for them to have with their Medicare like: dental, vision & hearing? Gym membership? Maybe they want a plan that has little to no co-pays. This helps me decide which plan I should suggest for them. If given the opportunity, I would love to help you get what you need and deserve out of Medicare.

Hello, I am Jessica Brawdy, and I was born and raised here in Valdosta. I met my husband 20 years ago. During the first few months of our marriage my husband rejoined the U.S Army and with that we had the wonderful opportunity to live all over the world. Eating the most amazing food and meeting some great people. During that time, we welcomed two beautiful girls. Since his retirement, we decided to settle back home in beautiful Valdosta to be close to family and let the girls grow up in a small town.

When I am not at work, I am home juggling busy mom life. In my free time I love to play softball, go swimming, and travel. My absolute favorite place to be is on a beach!  MSIS has been such a blessing to me and my family. I have been with MSIS since 2019. I originally started out as an assistant. With that amazing opportunity it helped me gain knowledge and the understanding of how Medicare works. My passion has always been to help people and I honestly love what I do. So, what better way to help my seniors than helping them narrow down all the different ways to get their Medicare covered. I am always here to help with questions before and after enrollment. Our goal is to help make these difficult decisions easier and understandable.

Wendy Glisson has been a member of the MSIS family since 2018, and started out as an Agent Assistant.

Having seen the impact that agents make in the lives of everyday people she was inspired to get her license and become a full time agent.

Wendy is licensed in 8 states, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Louisiana, Ohio, Kansas, Washington and Wisconsin.

She specializes in Supplemental plans, Medicare Advantage plans, Special needs and prescription drug plans; and has been in the top Agents each year for MSIS since gaining her licensure.

Wendy and her husband Wes reside in Valdosta, Georgia.

Where they enjoy camping, riding their motorcycle, working outside landscaping and spending time with their 3 fur babies, Sassy, Blue and Dolly. 

Wendy’s love language is feeding people. She loves to host get togethers with friends and family.

One of Wendy’s favorite things is spoiling her 12 grandchildren, and sending them back home to their parents.

She also is the amazing mom, to 6 grown children who are equally as spoiled.

Lawrence is blessed to be part of a team with more than 70 years of experience helping seniors find the right plan.  Prior to MSIS, Lawrence was in full time ministry where he gained experience with insurance by helping his parishioners to understand their own journey with Medicare, Medicaid, and the Affordable Care Act. He transitioned to the full time insurance industry, which he describes as his “marketplace ministry,” after retiring from full time ministry for medical reasons. Lawrence specializes in helping people find programs to help to cover medical and prescription costs, and he is accused of being more of a social worker than an insurance agent. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors, and reading.

I am blessed to be part of a team with more than 70 years of experience helping seniors find the right plan. I have a background in Mortgage sales with Wells Fargo and I also was a financial advisor at Fidelity Investments. Currently, besides being an Agent with MSIS, I'm also a local Pastor at New Harvest Methodist Church. I enjoy spending my spare time fellowshipping with family and friends, ministering and leading a healthy and active lifestyle. Five years ago, my life took a radical reorientation for the better through salvation. I learned that living for myself was only producing anxiety and other negative consequences, but living for the Lord first and serving others is where true joy, contentment, satisfaction and the real riches this life has to offer, which is in relationships, is found. In that respect, work has become a joy, especially in an industry like this that is centered on people and relationships. I am the very proud father of a son who is following and succeeding at his dream of being a commercial pilot. My core values are God, Family and Service in that order.

Another reason I'm grateful to be in this industry is because I can remember when my mother turned 65 years old almost 2 decades ago and became eligible for Medicare. It fell to me to assist her in sorting out her options. I can remember how overwhelming and confusing it was. I wasn't a happy camper at the time, because trying to understand it all was like taking a college course and having another job. Once we eventually got her situated, the experience served to produce compassion in me and it drives me today to be able to come alongside others going through this potentially uncertain time of life. Which if it is handled with knowledge, care and expertise, which have been given to me by elite training and the resources made available by a top flight agency like MSIS, can actually be the blessing that it was intended to be.I truly look forward to getting to know you, serving you and being available to meet your insurance needs as they arise.

Chris was born and raised in Valdosta, GA. He graduated from Valdosta State
University in 2004 with a BA in Criminal Justice. While working on his BA and after
graduation, he spent 12 years working in the Criminal Justice system for state and local
agencies, serving local communities in many different ways. In 2013, Chris began
working in the automotive industry before joining MSIS as a producer in 2022. Currently,
Chris is licensed in Georgia, Texas, Iowa, and Oregon and has experience in assisting
his clients qualifying for Part D Extra Help, Medicaid, and other benefits they may
qualify for. Chris and his wife Emily have two children, Alexis and Ellie Kamryn, and
their dog Gracie Lou. They are active members of Valdosta First Methodist Church. In
his off time, Chris volunteers with the youth at Valdosta FMC, teaches Sunday School,
volunteers with Kairos Prison Ministry, and participates in local, domestic, and
international missions.

My name is Alexandru Pop and I have a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Michigan. Prior to working with MSIS, I was in the finance industry for 7 years as a Senior Underwriter in the Mortgage Industry. I also worked in the sales division as an Account Executive.

I believe in excellent customer service and making sure your healthcare is right for YOU, no matter the scenario. In my free time, I specialize in teaching self-defense to kids, teens, and adults. I also believe in giving back to my community, so I partner with Habitat for Humanity to help build homes.

I also rescued my dog and cat together, Nova and Dusty, at 6 weeks old. They have been my loyal companions, sometimes forgetting which one is a dog and which one is a cat, however, both provide loyal companionship. Dusty is a Russian Blue, and Nova is an Australian Shepherd; both turning three in June.
